Add the app to your phone

Keep Word of Life one tap away. Watch the latest message, check the calendar and browse booklets from your home screen. It is free, takes about 30 seconds, and there is nothing to download from an app store.

iPhone & iPad

Apple devices

  1. Open wordoflifemn.org in Safari. It must be Safari, not Chrome.
  2. Tap the Share button. On an iPhone it is at the bottom of the screen. On an iPad it is at the top.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top corner.

Last step: go to your home screen and open the Word of Life icon from there. That is the app.

Don't see Add to Home Screen? You are probably in Chrome or another app's built-in browser. Open the link in Safari.

Android

Google Play and Chrome

  1. Open wordoflifemn.org in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install the app on this page, or tap the menu (the three dots).
  3. Tap Install app.
  4. Tap Install to confirm.

No install option? Use the Chrome menu and look for Install app. Other browsers may not offer it.

On a computer? Open this site in Chrome or Edge and click the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
