From the Pastors
At Encounter Youth, our heart is to see teenagers experience God in a real and personal way. We want every teen to know who God is, not simply through the faith of their parents, leaders, or church, but through a growing faith and love for Jesus that becomes their own.
We believe that building a lasting faith takes time, intentional relationships, and honest conversations. Through youth group, Bible teaching, life experiences, and meaningful discussions, we strive to invest in teens as they discover who God is and what it means to follow Him.
We welcome the hard questions. In fact, we love them! We believe questions are an important part of growing in faith, and we enjoy searching the Scriptures together, seeking answers, and helping teens build a faith that can withstand life’s challenges.
While we enjoy spending time together through food, games, and fellowship, those things are not our primary purpose. They help create community and connection, but our deepest desire is to see young people mature into young adults who can confidently walk out their own faith, know God’s truth, and live for Him in their everyday lives.
At Encounter Youth, we are passionate about raising up a generation that doesn’t just know “about” God—but truly knows Him. In the times to come their faith will not fail them.
